Lesley Anne Cornish

Lesley is self-taught, and has a long career painting in all mediums, she has taught in art studios in Spain, Berkshire and Wiltshire and Devon, both in classes and on a private one-to-one basis. She has also given demonstrations to various clubs and art organisations. Her paintings hang in America, Canada, Finland, Spain, Germany, France and throughout the UK. 

Lesley paints in a variety subjects and styles in inks, oils, acrylics and watercolours, subjects include freestyle land and seascapes inspired by my local North Devon coast, portraiture, fun ink characters, and large feature abstracts.

 Lesley does not work to one formulaic method and likes to experiment, always seeking new ways to look at, and capture the subject with contrasts of structure, light and shade, and uses a variety of techniques and mediums to produce the desired effect.
